4BHK PENTHOUSE DESIGN BY BEST INTERIOR DESIGNER IN AHMEDABAD _AR PRASHANT PARMAR
The penthouse on the topmost floor of a high-rise building in a prime location is in itself a beautiful destination to work on. In this project, such 2 duplex penthouses were combined, covering around 5000 sq. Ft. carpet area.
The client approached us with a very simple brief. They wanted their residence to be very simple, modern, and maintenance-free. Other than the common requirements, the client wanted a personal lift within the apartment.
The penthouse is on the 13th & 14th floors. The interiors follow a neutral color scheme, highlighting the luxurious Italian flooring, rich materials, and exquisite décor details. The color palette is simple with diverse hues of grey and wood which adds verve and liveliness to the residence.
As one enters through the personal foyer, there is an atrium with a sitting lounge and a wooden flooring leading towards private activities. The glass door opens to a spacious living room having 2 balconies, bringing ample natural light inside, keeping the living area light and naturally ventilated. The living room is kept simple yet elegant with its timeless furniture and minimalistic approach.
To the left, there is a corridor with a lift and staircase, leading towards the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen and dining area is highlighted through wooden flooring. The Corian finish top for the platform and grey PU finish for the furniture keeps the kitchen bright and light. The morning light in the dining area is lovely, which turns into a cozy place for the family to hang out and have meals together.
To the right, there is a Pooja room, Master Bedroom for Parents, and a Guest Bedroom. The pooja room is a double-height space with wooden furniture and décor. The Guestroom is kept simple with its color palette and interiors, having an attached toilet which could also be used as a common toilet by merely keeping a glass door.
The master bedroom for parents is beautifully kept white with wooden highlights. There’s a cozy sitting area for reading and a spacious attached dressing area within the washroom. The washroom area also reflects the overall color scheme of the room. Whites with a combination of wood makes the room look spacious and welcoming.
Moving to the upper floor, there is a master bedroom, a guest room, an office area, and a terrace garden. The master bedroom is conceived in disparate moods in accordance with its inhabitants. It denotes a subtle yet modern style by highlighting the bed wall with MCM cladding and mirror Patti and the rest is kept with wooden finishes. Large openings infiltrate the entire room with beautiful natural light. The attached washroom is 27’-0” long, in which the dry area and wet area is divided through flooring material. The wet area is highlighted with wooden flooring having an elevated Jacuzzi. There are a private terrace garden and a covered sitting area attached to this room.
The guest bedroom has 2 single beds with simple interiors. The wooden wardrobe with a bronze mirror highlights the room within. This room also has an attached dress & toilet area.
The office is a space having a soothing view of the terrace garden. The terrace garden has a sitting area with open-air and also has a covered lounge area attached to it.
Pleasing interiors are all about the right proportions and a good mix of colors and materials and also a balance between client requirements and an effective program. The Duplex Penthouse becomes a perfect home that represents every space individually but gives a perfect ambiance as a whole.
