The layout that we received was a 2 BHK. But later on we converted an existing double height terrace into two stylish natural bedrooms. It was a big challenge, but we decided this at beginning itself. After all paper works & details we commenced site works & delivered the whole things in just six months. We did M.S. spiral staircase details to achieve 12’ height for upper level bedroom. It was a great challenge to place the center line of spiral staircase as you all can see in images, but our trained professional completed this without any hurdles.

With all royal touch laminate & Indian white marble on floor we have achieved a goal for this residence too. Thanks to our Team DELECON and our all trained professional.
