3 years later, how is this wood siding holding up? - IPE is traditionally for deck - how has it held up as siding here? How has the color changed and held up over time? Does it look worn out?

Can this table be made to accommodate a U/ shaped banquette? - the pic looks like it would just accommodate more seating on the other side of the table when extended?
