If you’re careful with your finish selections, you can make the old tub work. It would be a shame to get rid of a good tub.

a screw driver, some painters tape and a can of Krylon® spray paint.
Do you have to add art? It is a small room and the wall paper is heavily patterned.
I really love Maureen's single print idea with that light background. It looks beautiful. I think on the long wall you could add a couple of pieces like that.
Though the bookcase you have there definitely doesn't work. It breaks up the pattern and wall in an awkward way
