Ruth, your summer sounds worse than mine. Oh dear, I know you are ready to be out of that weather pattern.

I have my aerogarden to use and tried planting pansy seeds in it yesterday. The book I looked at said to keep them in the dark and they should sprout in 7-10 days. Have no idea how this will work in the aerograden and typically I don't have luck with pansy seeds so we'll see. I know it will be hard not to keep checking them every day and things usually sprout quickly in the aerograden. I may take a brief look over the weekend and cover them again assuming nothing has sprouted.

Annie, we still have her! We named her Ginger. She lets me handle her and loves eating small pieces of sweet potato for a snack. We have been feeding her puppy soft canned food. She has already grown in size since we took her baby pic. Here's a pic of me bathing Ginger. She is the best smelling possum in Louisiana! 😂

Below is a pic of my recent seed planting of Mandarina Lemon Balm. The tiny plant is coming along. I have not noticed an orange smell yet, maybe it's just suppose to taste a citrus tone. I hope so, would make a nice tea.
