Shaft needs to be shortened - The shaft is too is Long to work with our ceiling. Can it be flush mounted to be directly to the ceiling? Your advice is appreciated.

How large is the pond. I'm thinking of putting I. A 1/3rd acre pond. - I'm thinking of putting in a 1/3rd acre pond on my farm. How would that compare to this?
