I love the smart functional additions you added! The window and the ledge. Would love to see the drawers too!

Curious what brand the shade is. interesting that the shade is tucked inside the valance so well you dont see it!

Beautiful!

That stacked ottoman is so interesting!

Fabulous!

Really nice! Leveling the deck to the door threshold = BRILLIANT!!!

Thank you so much, we are enjoying the deck mornings, afternoons and evenings and grill almost 365/days a year.

The green house paint is Benjamin Moore #469 Backwoods Regal Select Exterior (Moorguard) Low luster.

So many great ideas in this bathroom. I especially like the long recessed niche, and with refillable bottles, which look so much nicer than seeing big boring Costco sized bottles with ugly labels. I also like the foot step for shaving, but would’ve recessed that as well. I’m saving several of these ideas for my upcoming bathroom remodel.

I love the improvements - very much care and thought has gone into this, and the results speak for themselves. One thing puzzles me, however: in the final picture, we are told that the shower controls are behind the 'knee wall' (I assume that's the little 'nib' behind the stool ?). If that's so, how are they going to be turned on without the owners being soaked ? The entry door is hinged on that side, and I can't see how that would be accessible with the door open or closed.

This is a very well designed, thought out bathroom. Absolutely beautiful and function! Did you have to raise up the glass block to accommodate the vanity height?

Beautiful.

It's so nice to see dark handsome wood making a comeback in the kitchen. I love the way they balanced dark and light in this room!

Now that is a big change for the better!

Now that is a before and after! Loved the brass.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful kitchen! It's so thoughfully designed - understated elegance. Just perfect!!

There were so many showstopping elements in these tiny rooms, but my favorites are:
The Mindthegap wallpaper in #8
The mosaic tile wall in #7
The butterfly sconce in #6
THAT FABULOUS SINK in #4.

Thank you Elena, and the Houzz team for featuring our project. We're honored to be included!

#1 & #3 are the kind of bold, impactful powder rooms that I love. Can't wait to finish mine and have all that saturated color and strong design elements.

I like the retension of the natural atmosphere while including all the wishes of the home owner. Gordon
Really lovely. We had a landscape designer give us similar feedback about "getting out into your yard" vs being on a patio right next to the house and just looking out at the space. It was such great input (and design!) - and this example here is next level! Hope the homeowners love it.
This is altogether lovely.
