I love everything in your home! It all has so much character and charm! I was looking at sectionala with some colors in your rug and although these are not particularly your overall vibe in your space with those gorgeous large windows, perhaps they might provide inspiration. I have purchased loads of pillow covers on etsy and West Elm, Pottery Barn and Amazon. One of my faborite pillows I bought from West Elm which I is the green with an animal print.

Here are some sectional piilows that might provide ideas. Your living room is so unique and some of these rooms pale in comparison but wanted to share!

Love the sectional fabric! I would prefer the neutral pillows combo similar to Jsk, too. You have the large sectional, colorful and timeless rug, unexpected elephants, and amazing view. Your pillows don’t need to make another statement.
Lisa, I’m glad you spoke up about that third pillow, because I recognized it from somewhere and loved it. You shared pics of it in your space at some point, right? I really liked it there. Imo it’s not quite right in Jojoco’s space.
I would go with the antelope for sure. The second pillow seems too close to your sectional material. An offwhite or khaki would work better.

Picking pillows is such fun! Your beautiful rug has so many color options you can use in pillows. Because the sectional is a neutral, I'd go bold with pillows. Toile, stripes, mini-prints, florals, animal prints, silks, velvets, linen, all would look great on your new sectional.
Here are some from Etsy, using Schumacher and Scalamandre fabrics:

My new washer is an LG and opens from right to left. Dryer door can be switched. The washer will be on the left, which is where the water hookup is. The washer door will clear the wall at the left, and it won't be completely flush because water hoses run on the left wall. I'm waiting to see when it's installed if I want a filler. SO wants to put fillers around the appliances. I want to see how it looks without them first. I want space to slide a small step ladder between dryer and base cabinet, I think.
I'm nixing corner cabinets on both sides. I'm calling the cabinet company today to see if I need fillers next to the walls. If I do, and depending on how side, I will measure out a 21 inch single door upper on the left.
Bpath, of course not! Go ahead.

How exciting to redo your space which is lovely and I would be thrilled to have so much room for washing and drying my clothes! I prefer the flat uppers, not only due to esthetics but also ease of use. Can't wait to see how it all turns out. :)

DH's Halloween set up this year...The Skelletes (bow ties and tux vests to be added)

And for my golfing/putt putt friends - this was a couple of years ago:

This is a pajama party I went to when I was a kid. Im still friends with a couple of these cuties! ”Roland” was a local tv character who showed scary movies at night.

@Sueb20,
Love this one with the book title!

Love both of those Amykath— the second one looks like an undersea scene. And in the first one I can almost imagine faces peering out from between the trees. It’s lovely!

I missed this thread the first time around. Wow--Amy, all of them are beautiful. The one above you said didn't turn out how you wanted it... I find it intriguing.
Lisa, I admire your talent as well. That's lovely, and perfect for this time of year.

I love this stuff! Thanks for sharing!

It is beautiful and looks perfect in your lovely bathroom! I will have to check out Urban Garden Prints!

Very clean and serene!

Beautiful! and perfect!

What gorgeous photos and I can just feel like I am there in each one! Smelling the grass and the cool breezes as fall rolls in. I can smell the cooking with the fruit and smelling the salt at the beach with the sound of the waves breaking. The beautiful trees and flowers! Thanks for sharing all of these lovely and uplifting photos!!

Whoa! A bear!
More shadows, last night in Portland, Maine.

Fall is my favorite season, and like Sueb I love the light this time of year. I took these at Eleanor Roosevelt’s cottage in Hyde Park, NY. I liked the contrast of summer flowers (dahlias, snapdragons, zinnias) with the fall color.

I am in the camp of of recessed lighting as the pendants make the space look busy and closed off. I had the same sort of situation in my apartment and tried various pendants and in the end decided it looked better without them.

Oh...and....I paid $15 a fixture, NIB, before tax and shipping.
I like THIS one too @ $150ea...

Use some painters tape and rub n buff and add that gold band yourself.

I have been through this same situation and added a big tip and later was speaking to a friend who reminded me that you don't tip your gynecologist, primary care physician or the an RN who draws your blood etc. I hadn't stopped the think of it that way.

Tacky Tacky Tacky! I agree!
I once had a property manager that for Christmas added a $250 charge, labeled "cost of doing business increase" to my bill I owed her...just for the month of December! That's illegal BTW. I called and told her I did NOT agree to that charge...she said "the charge stays"....I got rid of her.
All industries want tips...but....I'm not going there.

It feels like everytime I make a purchase outside of a grocery store, gas station, or ecommerce there's a default tip set up on the machine. I do typically tip my hair stylist, but thankfully don't need many haircuts per year. I also tip my massage therapist even though it's her own business. I hate tipping on any kind of counter service or takeout, but sometimes feel like I have to if it's a business I frequent.
I just returned from Amsterdam and I was quite surprised to see tip showing up on many of those transactions as well. It wasn't clear what was considered appropriate. I felt comfortable giving cash tips to tour guides who really put their heart into the work, but was surprised to see tip on the machine at cafes and restaurants when I'd always read that tipping was primarily something that was expected in the USA due to below minimum server wages.

Rainbows ❤️ are a good addition to a room!
What wonderful spot to sit and relax. I feel relaxed and cozy just looking at your lovely light filled room. The light fixture is so elegant and simple but does so much! I want to have a spot in my home just like yours!
