Along with gold/brass - black would provide contrast, work with your finishes, and also add drama; and let’s face it... your finishes are dramatic (in a good way). This is not the bathroom for the shy and retiring.
I agree that you can hang a mirror with your current window in place; really no need to remove it.
I added a black and brass soap dispenser, and a black and brass light. Lighting is going to make a difference in the look and feel of the space.

For starters you need to visually link the objects you have assembled in this room. The right gray paint on the wall should help you do that.
