Review for Building Pros
We contracted with Building Pros to add a sliding door in our dining room to the backyard and also to redo our laundry room with new floors, cabinets and countertops. We were very happy with both the process and the outcome and also their suggestions, some of which we hadn't considered. They make sure that all materials are in their possession before starting the project so that there are no breaks in the work waiting for a certain item to be delivered from a supplier who couldn't keep his delivery date. Their website is great in that all communication is done online and everyone involved in the project is kept "in the loop". Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. In any project there are going to be "glitches" and I think it's the mark of a good company in how they handle such issues. In our case there was an issue with the granite countertop in the laundry room. As the cabinets were installed we saw how the countertop would not extend fully over the washer and dryer. We would not have been happy with that. Bob Clifford was immediately out to our house to discuss the situation. Unfortunately when we called the countertop supplier the counter had already been cut. We had to have another countertop cut which added to our cost but Bob was able to use the already cut countertop, have it reconfigured and use it on one of our other cabinets in our house. He had the additional cutting and installation done at his own expense so we were pleased with how this situation was handled.
While Building Pros may not give you the lowest bid on your project compared to some other contractors you certainly get your money's worth and more in their workmanship, attentiveness, and professionalism.
