Roots and Wings Ltd has worked with Nexs for approx.. 5 years on various projects. The quality of the workmanship, commitment to the highest standards and detail as well as understanding of scheduling and functionality are the reasons why Nexs was chosen to work on Roots and Wings development project in the Okanagan Valley in 2014.
The principle of Roots explained her vision of the property and the “ feel” that she expected throughout the home . Michael and Nancy s interpretation of this vision was above and beyond Roots expectations taking the “feel” to a level that one can almost describe as sensual. The combination of textures, the thought in drawer/cupboard efficiency with the overall visual impact are stunning.
With the attention also to budget, knowing and understanding the materials and pricing kept the project on time and on budget which is exceptional in such a high end home. Building a lake front executive home with many team members on site normally presents it challenges but Nexs was an amazing team player working with all trades to create an effective process and comradery that shows in the home .
