“Get Decked built me a 10x20 Azek deck (30 yr. warranty) with a 10x12 pergola on it. Two of the four 6" support post were incorporated in the railing and two were freestanding 2' away from the house. A trench was dug and landscape fabric put down to keep white rocks intact. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, other than a pergola, they gave me suggestions. I'm so glad I gave them a call. They are a friendly owned business with superb workmanship and top quality products. The result was an outstanding beautiful deck out of the ordinary.”

“Cliff Cooke took on the total outside renovation of our 100 year old stone house. He took off the slate roof and replaced it with a beautiful commercial grade standing seam roof. He built the gutters into the eaves of the roof so the water could not spill over the gutter. He replaced 96 windows each one a little different in size. He insulated heavily and hired a stone mason who exactly matched The color of our mortar. In the yard, he built a swale to divert the water from our basement. He put the gutter downspouts into an underground pipe and ran it under the driveway to the street. He totally rebuilt the driveway edging it with block. He built a beautiful portico over my back door without the benefits of plans. He heated the back steps, the front steps, a 4’ path to the garage and an area from the street to under the gates to the driveway. They come on automatically when it snows. So nice. He took down 2 telephone poles and put the power lines underground. Cliff can do anything. He had to devise a way to construct the gutters on the house. He’s also a perfectionist. If it’s not done correctly, it’s taken down and done again. He uses good quality materials. He owns a lot of his own equipment. His pricing is always fair. Most of the work he does himself. He is not a supervisor checking everyday on someone else’s work. Cliff has a good sense of design and aesthetic. I didn’t use a designer or an architect but we worked it out as we went along. By the end of the project, I could say “do what you think is best” and it was always just right. The renovations on my house were extensive and spanned 3 years. There were a lot of underlying problems that were exposed especially when the roof came off. Cliff and I spoke almost daily about the project. He’s easy to work with.”

“I needed a new roof with gutters. Called several roofing companies and had a very solid recommendation. However I was not satisfied with product. I called Paddy’s as my final contractor before I committed to this other offer. They through a number down along with a quality product. I couldn’t refuse. I worked with their salesman, project manager and installers. All of who I had conversations with were professional and courteous. They said 1 day for roof 1 day for gutters and a good solid clean up. Well after the year off I questioned the clean up. But they delivered on all 3 commitments. Excellent team, communication quality and product all delivered with an unexpected price in my favor. They gained my trust and will highly recommend them. Thank you.”
