“I had read some bad reviews. I was a bit worried about timely installation. I was pleasantly surprised when the timing was consistent with what I was told. I have to give a shout out to The Stone Pros and owner Kenny Betts for a great experience and a good job done with installation. I live in the Akron-Canton area and would highly recommend him.”

“We purchased our kitchen backsplash tile from Thomas Brick Company. My husband and I had been looking at other tile shops and we found the customer service at Thomas Brick Company superior. Jennifer was able to quickly narrow down our likes and dislikes, budget and timeframe. She then ordered us new samples so we could be certain that the colors were accurate. Because we had the time she was able to save our order until it could be shipped with other orders on the same truck that saved us shipping costs. I would definitely use Thomas Brick Company again and would not bother going to other tile shops or big box stores.”

You get professional service, with a family owned atmosphere. Also, the selection is incredible. “I hired Nicholas Boggess of Oakmoore LLC to completely remodel my outdated Lakewood bathroom in my newly purchased home. The existing bathroom had plumbing leaks that went unaddressed for far too long and damaged the floor. I demoed the bathroom down to the studs and joists and I had Nicholas start by laying a new subfloor and strengthening the existing joists. Once the new subfloor was laid and strengthened, he poured a custom shower pan and then began the new tile work. He finished by assisting with some various plumbing items, installing wood trim, and a few other odds and ends. Overall, Nicholas was a very easy person top work with. I gave him access to my home and he would work on it while I was at work. He is very professional and trustworthy. Prices were very reasonable as well compared to other quotes I received. As for the work he did, the quality is top notch. Nicholas is extremely detail oriented, meticulous, and passionate. He obsesses over perfection, which is something you want in someone who will be working on your home. If there is a tile that doesn't look right. he doesn't hesitate to remove it and re-lay it to get it right. He asked me along the way how I liked everything and to make sure I was happy with the progress. I would definitely work with Nicholas again, and actually plan to contact him down the road when I am ready to do some work on my kitchen. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my bathroom.”
