“Adam was awesome to work with. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he did an amazing job with the entire project, all the way to the smallest of details. We are very impressed with his wood working skills and will use him for future home projects. We love our new built ins and fireplace; it has completely transformed our room. Reliable, excellent communication, and really listens to what you want! We highly recommend him. Adam was awesome to work with. “We had a deck built by Custom Design. It is absolutely beautiful, very well built and has a very finished look. People have stopped by our house and want a closer look. The workers were very professional and respectful of us and our property. Dave spent a long time getting the plans done and didn’t freak out when we changed our minds about what we wanted. He also took care of all the permitting, we didn’t have to do any of that. We would not hesitate to hire them again. As a matter of fact we want to hire them to put in a fence next year.”

“We signed with Outdoor Living for a roof-covered deck after seeing a project they did for a friend of ours and we could not be happier! Bill was excellent to work with during the design phase. He was responsive, prompt and professional. The work crew headed up by Ron and Darren was exceptional. Their commitment to quality work and getting it right was evident throughout the entire construction phase. They were always there on time, very professional and always courteous when we had questions, etc. Their attention to detail was amazing. Our neighbors have now signed with Outdoor Living for a similar project after seeing our results and I'm sure they will be equally satisfied with their results.”

“Kim Matthews was instrumental in helping us completely design a new kitchen after ours was damaged by water. She considered our tastes and costs and help us not only to design an exquisite kitchen to our liking but also helped us obtain our kitchen appliances. . She would work within our time frame and was always available for questions or comments. She is now helping us with one of our bathrooms. Kim is an exceedly pleasant person with a wonderful personality and works very hard to meet the needs of her clients. We both enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone considering a design for a kitchen, bath or any other project they have in mind.”

“I have hired Scott Segall at Victor Shade Company before and had an excellent experience. There was no question who I was going to call for window coverings when I moved into my new house. Once again, Scott evaluated my window covering needs and made professional recommendations that fit within my budget. I never feel as though he is just trying to sell me more expensive products or products on which he may make a higher profit margin. He took into account the frequency of use of my patio door (all the time since that is where we let the dog out), which may my house faced (considering the amount of sunlight), and the correct size and direction. The current window covering are much larger than I need and open the 'wrong' way. He made suggestions on where I should spend more of my budget and where there was no need to spend more. He provided temporary shades to cover my daughter's new bathroom window to ensure her privacy until the custom blinds are installed. The bid from Victor Shades was clear and concise. I was able to determine how much each part of my overall product cost so I could determine if I wanted to do it all at once or if I wanted to do it in stages. I decided to purchase verticals for my pation door, and replacement mini blinds for two bedrooms, as well as new mini blinds for our new basement bathroom! We look forward to our new window coverings and are sure that they will be the same high quality as items we purchased in our old house. I highly recommend Victor Shades for any one in the market for window coverings in the St. Louis area.”
