“We have had Phanton Screens on our home since 1999. We have them on 8 doors and 9 windows. They were all custom made, we love the way they let the breeze off the lake flow through the house and our outside Gazebo. We have harsh winter and love the way they're self storing and protected when not in use. About 3 years ago we had the new latches installed to all the doors which secures the doors in the wind.”

“Halm & Perkins just remodeled our kitchen & 2nd bath (they remodeled our main bath in 2013). They are super courteous, honest & trustworthy! They regularly communicated with us throughout the entire process assuring that the work done met with our expectations, yet within the confines of our budget. “We had our kitchen completely redone by KSI two years ago. We were nervous about having this job done as we had had contractors in the past which were very difficult (to say the least) to work with. Al Spezia is the contractor we were assigned to work with for our job with KSI. Al is very professional. If we had difficulty making decisions regarding the project Al always had great suggestions for us and was so helpful. His work is exceptional. He pays attention to every single detail. He was always on time and even spend many weekend hours working to get the job done timely. We just cant say enough good things about KSI and in particular about AL Spezia. We would highly recommend KSI. If we have future Kitchen or Bath projects we would definitely use KSI!”

“I called Linden Kitchen and Bath for a consultation to update our 60+ kitchen and dining area. Michelle had been highly recommended and when she came to our home she had wonderful ideas. Her estimate was acceptable and the work began. Our kitchen was "gutted"! We selected cupboards, hard wood flooring, colors for paint, plantation shades, shutters, granite counters, and new appliances. Michelle was by my side during the entire remodeling. My every concern was handled immediately!”

“We were looking for door wall and living area window treatments. I was welcomed to the store, offered assistance and allowed to browse. Both consultants were professional and knowledgeable, offering a number of options to meet our needs. Stacy visited our home with material samples, brochures and shared ideas. We elected to delay replacing the living area treatments and contracted for a custom, pull-down door wall shade to block light yet allowing muted visibility of back yard and woods. The product was available within the estimated time line which we elected to install ourselves. It was exactly as expected, quality materials and construction to last. We are quite pleased with the results and will certainly visit Creative Windows first for our next window coverings.”
