“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. I look forward to their return next year to redo my ailing wood fence which gets battered by the heavy winds! Diana”

“Jim and his team did a great job with our kitchen cabinets. From project inception, to execution and completion, he was with us every step of the way and was readily available to answer questions, provide insight and give direction. The end result were cabinets of incredibly high quality an durable build. The carpentry was second to none, and we're so glad we went with all custom rather than pre-fab or semi-custom. We're so happy with our kitchen and forward to the many years it will serve at the "true living room" of our home!”

“My husband and I had an old school 1958 pool in need of a serious update. Derian Pools created a magical new pool and outdoor fireplace for us. They designed a Baja bench in the pool we never would have thought of, and we enjoy it all the time. The new Jacuzzi and waterfall effects are gorgeous. “I love the products ETO Doors offers. I have bought a few doors from here for my home and always have compliments from guests. They do have good products and very good quality wood they are using on their doors. I just picked up a new closet door from my daughter's bedroom and we both love it! Sometimes they have very random and unique items in their clearance section that is majorly discounted. I will highly recommend ETO Doors to everyone who needs new doors. Tony has been the rep that has always helped me at ETO Doors. I highly recommend talking to him.”

“Their customer service is excellent. Natasha and Michael are always in touch with you, at every step in the process. Very respectful and professional in all our interactions with them. It’s very challenging to find someone who can build a cantilever roof. Michael and his crew are experts at those types of structures. The cover Michael built for our outdoor kitchen is stunning. It’s a modern look you can’t get with alumawood. We were not sure that a cantilever roof would work because of the high winds in our area but the structure is very solid. No worries up to 130 mph. Absolutely stunning cantilever roof. Highly recommend Elite LA Patios.”

“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”
