She is pleasant, knowledgeable and so very very easy to work with. She know everything about kitchens so she was able to help us with appliances, backsplash, and countertops. The workers were there early every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. it took the amount of time they said it would. it was a really easeful renovation, with Betty showing me a countertop and cabinets and I loved it all.
