“We had the extreme honor of having Andrew build our kitchen island which is absolutely beautiful and brings a practicality rarely seen in other islands. We shared our vision with him and he not only created our designed look but made recommendations that exceeded our expectations. Our island is the talk of our friends and family who love to come and hang out in our kitchen. What originally was a major concern for maximizing space we now can say we have more space than we could have ever imagine. He also did our hood to bring the french country style to our home. We have worked with many contractors and aside from his amazingly creative and talented woodwork, Andrew is extremely customer-focused and timely in his follow up emails and text messages. “Fidel completed warranty work on my screened porch. He did calking, screwed floor board and adjusted warped door. I found Fidel to be professional, yet personable, knowledgable and a willing learner. He does very neat work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.”

“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“GLD not only completely designed my front and back yard, they maintain it on a regular basis. They respond quickly when I contact them. They go above and beyond. I would recommend GLD to anyone that wants the WOW yard. I want to say to the last person that sent in a review and complained: You are an idiot. I have known the owner of this company for years and he has ALWAYS done a fantastic job. He explains what will work and what will not. I know he explained things to you. Your problem is you did not ask the real boss (your wife) before you said to go ahead with the planting. When she did not like it you made up some crap to save face with her or we know who wears the pants. Bottomline it was YOUR FAULT and NOT this company. So to anyone that read his comment please disregard as he has no class or commonsense.”

“COMMENT Area Of Satisfaction Milton, GA Nov 08, 2012 Let me start from the beginning- This was the first pool that we had ever contracted to build: so for us, there were many unknowns and a lot of questions !!! Vance and Joe were very patient, professional and most importantly, thorough, which made a world of difference throughout the process. From obtaining permits, to getting quality materials delivered promptly without damage to our property, to overcoming obstacles regarding soil conditions and water drainage, to dealing with HOA requirements, design layout (which turned out Beautiful !!) to helping pick out patio pavers, fencing around pool--excavating the entire backyard and sodding with zoyia ( middle of July in Georgia, amazing it turned out as nice as it did !!) redoing our sprinkler system to include the new zones covering 10,000 sq ft of extra sod, bringing in 10 to 15 truckloads of dirt,....When I think about what was accomplished, how smoothly it was executed, and the beautiful end result, I can say, without a doubt, that we are EXTREMELY satisfied as I feel, the backyard has been transformed and not only will we be able to enjoy this extention to our home for years to come, I also feel we have increased our home value and cannot be happier!!”
