“Brllnt Homes helped me greatly with a needed smart home capability. Their expertise enabled me to choose the best, most easily installed smart home system and components and provided me an excellent analysis of WiFi based vs. hard-wired systems. The system recommended was a good value, very quickly and easily installed, and provided me the needed capabilities in two days. Now I have complete control of essential operational and security equipment whether at home or away. Brllnt was also excellent in follow-up for developing additional capabilities in the system and answering operational questions as they arose. The project approach was reviewed by a very experienced lighting and security professional who judged the approach to be very good technically and simple to implement. The system has been operating reliably and effectively through a number of different weather conditions and provides high value for my real estate.”

“We love our new kitchen. Carefree Kitchens provided the highest quality cabinets. They have a great show room which gave my husband and me a lot of ideas. They were able to match the color we provided from a paint swatch to perfection. They were also very clever in providing us some extra features inside the cabinet that gave us ample storage space.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”

“I had book case/cabinet designed and built by Jed Dinger Company. The cabinet was built from solid wood and plywood arch that had faux finished to make it look like rust steel. The cabinet has thick glass shelves holding by steel cables. His work is an art piece that compliments the arch roof line. Jed is a designer and also cabinet builders so he understand how wood can be made. Above all he is a perfectionist so this says it all about his project!”

Both our companies, were brought on site to do work for a 24,000 sq. ft. mansion in Leesburg, VA. With his vast knowledge of the blinds industry, Frank was able to compliment the artwork I did throughout the home. Frank’s expertise was more than evident, from his level of precise detail to the ease of installation. When you need blinds, shutters or drapes, I would highly recommend Delmarva Blinds and Shutters. “Jill was very helpfull when I was shopping for my window treatments. She didn't want just to push me something. She helped me to choose the best product for my home and worked with my budget. I was actually happier with the final product than what I first expected. She followed up to see if I liked my blinds and later on helped me to chose a treatment for my sliding patio door. “Rick designed and custom built our kitchen. He has thousands of combinations of door styles and color/stain combinations. He helped us narrow down our choices until we decided on style and finish.
