“I had a flood, knock out kitchen, bathroom & one bedroom. Code Constrution is a GREAT company, they came right away, estimate quickly and helped with insuance claim. I needed walls, cabinets, plumbing, electric, tile and painting. They did it all and a great job, which is hard to do tile and wall construction at the same time, but there team works quickly. And they clean up there mess and take the garbage with thim. Also I liked the ideal I didn't have to pay any money right away! They are one of the few honest companies out there (see Joe Logan).”

We worked with Hive during the construction of our custom home and Hive handled all aspects of the electronics in our house from security cameras and the alarm system to a fully connected and integrated home automation system including speakers, tvs, lights, locks, and doors. “My husband and I interviewed multiple outdoor design companies. While we were impressed with some of their designs, we were never WOW'D until we met Ryan Huges and discussed his vision for our outdoor living space. We were further impressed with his formal presentation and detailed blueprints showing every aspect of the design plan for the multiple tiers of our backyard, which included an 18" raised fire pit on a 6" raised patio area with flag stone pavers, multiple raised seat walls, an outdoor kitchen with trellis, and flag stone steps leading to a 14'x14' raised wooden deck with an 18"x18" seat bench surrounding a large fire table. Over the course of a few short weeks we watched our backyard design come to life. The end result is more beautiful than we could have imagined. We celebrated our project completion with a neighborhood progressive dinner. Since then, three neighbors have contracted Ryan Huges Design Build to design and build their outdoor living spaces and others are still signing up!”

“We used Tampa Bay Mill Works as a: 1 - Supplier to our contractor of trim, moldings, stair treads, and other raw materials 2 - Designer, builder, and installer of 3 bathrooms and one AM kitchen of custom cabinetry and assorted mill work 3 - Supplier and finisher of 16 8' Knotty Alder doors and hardware The cabinetry is beautiful and expertly manufactured and exquisitely finished. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction was clearly a priority. Tampa Bay Mill Works also worked transparently with our contractor to supply the necessary materials at all steps during the 14 month (total) renovation project. Their onsite presence was professional and expert at all times and their design work was excellent. The budget was adhered to and the results were superior. We would definitely use them again.”
