“Mike has become the go-to guy for all kinds of repairs and small remodeling jobs for everyone I know. He is dependable, detail-oriented, honest, creative with solutions, and he's there when he says he will be. He has done the following things for friends and me lately: Rebuilt a rotting set of deck steps, put in a doggie door, paint rooms including getting rid of "popcorn" ceilings, install crown molding, replace locks on a patio door; put in CoreTec flooring in basement; hang new light fixtures, replace drywall damaged in flood; rebuild door frame damaged in flood. I've now got him putting in drywall over 1970s paneling in my basement. Rates are reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“I spoke with Joe initially, and he was very polite and informed me that he would have Chance Flowers contact me regarding an estimate for replacement of fence and gate. Mr. Flowers contacted me the same day, and we arranged a meeting for the estimate. Mr. Flowers and his Assistant, Jeff, arrived promptly at the arranged time. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement, and after measurements and evaluation of my current fence to see if any part was salvageable, they informed me an estimate would be forthcoming. Later that day, I received an estimate for destruction and disposal of old fence, and replacement/labor costs. The cost was reasonable (considering the current price of wood) at $3400. Contract was signed on March 4, 2022, and half of cost was paid for materials. We attempted several installment dates, however, between the rain and my schedule, Mr. Flowers and Jeff were able to begin the install April 3, 2022. Installation was completed on April 4, 2022, fence and gate are solidly built. They also insured that no nails or debris remained in the yard at completion. Not only were Mr. Flowers and Jeff skilled with the construction of the fence/gate, they were friendly and personable. They also went out of their way to insure that my dogs were able to have a couple of "run" breaks during the installation.”

“I have had to call Reed since we moved in in January for many issues: our gas fireplace, heating system and just recently, our air conditioning system. They have responded immediately, sometimes in an emergency. Their servicemen are honest, thorough and polite and have always managed to resolve the issues without having to return. They explain things in a manner I can understand, and have never tried to "sell" me anything more than I needed, but have made recommendations for the future. Best of all, they are very reasonable in their service calls and repairs, much more so than any contractor I have used.”
