“Working with Erica and Showcase Kitchen when remodeling my kitchen was a great experience. She was on mark with every detail. The family owned business was friendly and personable on each and every visit. It has been nearly three years since my kitchen has been done and it still is my favorite room in the house. I loved what they did so much, that this year I hired them for my bathroom and my closet. “I needed a solution for corralling and organizing my family's shoes, jackets, hats and more in our mudroom. “Last summer, we had most of our windows replaced by Fine Home Solutions by Brady. They did an excellent job installing the windows and were both quick and neat. John and his crew went out of their way to not inconvenience my family as they did their work. This spring, I had a problem with some screens. It had nothing to do with the installation yet John dealt with the provider to see that my problem was rectified. His customer service and sincere concern that the customer is happy will keep his phone number #1 in my handy man file.”

“I hired Robert to replicate an interior door with a couple requested changes, and it turned out great! My house was built in 1928 with very nice multiple level molding single panel doors. I have two cats and wanted to relocate the litter box to the basement, and so I needed to install a pet door, but I knew I would butcher the door if I did it myself. I also wanted the door to be longer as we are taking out the thick carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors, and the bottom gap from the current door would be too large. I called several places for quotes on the project, 4 responded. Two were insanely expensive, at $2k and $4k for the project. Robert's price at $530 was right inline with the 4th quote, but he was more responsive and I liked his website showcasing past work. Robert was easy to work with and quickly understood what I was looking for. He was flexible with evening pickup and delivery times, allowing me to not miss work. When he delivered the door, he quickly made the modifications needed to have the new door fit fit in the old, non-square frame. I'd highly recommend him and have attached some pictures for comparison (old door is painted).”

“iI just completed a job with John Dean Custom Cabinetry. The quality, design and customer service was supurb. The work was done promptly and price was very competitive and worth every penny. There were no compromises, a couple gliches occurred but were promptly remedied so the result was exactly what I wanted. Two years ago I did a kitchen with another company at a second home and glitches were solved with compromised solutions. It was a company supplying stock (high end-Chrystal) cabinets. I discovered this is a big advantage of working with custom cabinets. I was very happy with my choice of JD I would recommend them highly to anyone. Edward Molyneaux”

“Our project was bringing our 1970's kitchen up to date, and expanding it into an adjacent room. This was a complete redesign of the floor plan and essentially starting from the studs. We drew up a rough design (on graph paper!) and walked into the Torrington Lowes to start getting ideas and see what we could do. We were met by Kathy and Danielle, and they took that design and put it in motion to coming a reality. They helped us with everything, from picking out the right cabinets, to lining up a fantastic contractor to install them as well as our new floor and ceiling to go with it. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed, and we are absolutely thrilled with how the project turned out. We would definitely go back to them for future projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone!”
