“We hired CM Hardscape last year for a patio project, and are more than thrilled with the end result. The owner, Bill, was wonderful to work with, and helped us visualize what would look best in our yard. The entire process was seamless, and we will be hiring them again for future projects we have planned.”
Century Stair Company

“The first time I worked with Century Stair Company was back in June 2010. I was working on a project with a very challenging stair layout, with multiple transitions from radius to straight. The previous company I was working with was clueless on how to build this type of stair. I contacted Century Stair and they worked with me on the design of the stair system and helped with a plan of installing the stair and balcony section so everything would come together properly. Ever since that first job and seeing first hand what Century Stair could do for me, I've been sold on their product. Their custom abilities are amazing and everyone there has been great to work with. One Source Systems

“As a homeowner in Howard County, MD, I've worked with various contractors and service providers over the years. The experience I had with One Source Systems has been unmatched. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism was evident. Bill, our sales consultant, was not only knowledgeable but incredibly empathetic to our needs. He understood that we were not just installing gadgets but creating an environment that catered to our family's lifestyle. We opted for a comprehensive home automation project that included multi-room audio and TV installations. But the best tech we installed was the lighting automation in our kitchen and living room. Now, a simple voice command or a tap on my smartphone sets the perfect mood, whether it's movie night or an intimate dinner. Our project manager, Justin, ensured that everything ran smoothly. His proactive communication kept us in the loop at every stage. If there were any hiccups, we never knew— that's how efficient the team was. The technicians were highly skilled and respectful of our home. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to educate us on how to maximize the capabilities of our new smart home features. What stood out the most for me was the after-service follow-up. Bill and Justin personally reached out to ensure we were happy and comfortable with all the new installations. They went the extra mile to make us feel not just satisfied, but delighted. One Source Systems didn’t just provide a service; they elevated our living experience. If you're in the market for home automation or any custom electronic integration, look no further. Highly recommended for anyone who values professionalism and a personalized approach. Thank you, One Source Systems, for making our home smarter and our lives easier.”

“We had a sunroom project a couple of years ago. We didn’t have any issues with the previous company, but it was time to replace it since it became a traditional space for us. We went with Dream Outdoor Solution because of their affordable prices, free designs, and quote. Our new sunroom makes us feel like we step outside without getting outside! All insects have to find a new way to enter our space!”
Michael Nash Design, Build & Homes

“My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”
SparkWise Electric (aka Max Electric)

“We hired SparkWise Electric (they recently changed their name from Max Electric) for two separate jobs, both of which were completed on time and at a reasonable price. Emerson did some needed kitchen rewiring & then hooked up our new electric/induction range (which required rewiring for 240v). And George Z. likewise did a great job installing our new home EV charging station--again, requiring electrical work that we could hardly do ourselves. Actually, that work required a city permit, but that process was smooth, and included a follow-up inspection a week or two afterwards, with George accompanying a city inspector just to make sure everything is indeed up to code and fine. We can definitely recommend these guys for any kind of home electrical job.”

“We had reached out to Raymond for a quote and some ideas on the best options for our deck. Raymond was very professional and came to our house to assess our options and provide some ideas on what he thought might align best with our design goals. Raymond was able to provide us valuable information to make an informed decision. The work was completed as promised, on time and within budget. I would proudly recommend Raymond for consideration of other's projects and would not hesitate to call him again for projects we have in mind.”
