I appreciated having the project completed with no surprises “cost wise”. •Though I had an expectation of what was being delivered, I was always pleasantly surprised by the little additions that were incorporated into the project without having to ask for them (i.e. replacement of bathroom fan vents, ceiling repairs/paint, mounting of my fireplace/TV/sound system & wiring to support that, customized cabinets/telephone desk to fit the new kitchen configuration). •Progress reports, changes to schedule/scope, and day to day status were reported to me on a regular basis.
