“I would definitely recommend Mike Ciarrochi and Armond Aquatech. I have done numerous construction projects at my home over the last twelve years and have been fortunate to have worked with a phenomenal general contractor who really set some high standards. Knowing my standards and expectations, my contractor recommended Armond Aquatech to build our pool. Building our pool was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been through, which would not have been expected as my general contractor was onsite at the same time building the pool house while Armond was constructing the pool. Armond and my contractor were able to work seamlessly together to get the project done. Armond Aquatech started the project on time. Mike was on site just about every day of the pool construction to make sure that all elements of the construction were handled appropriately. If there was a problem during construction, he personally addressed it. Our pool project was not an easy one given the terrain of our yard, and Armond was able to have the pool completed on time despite these obstacles. We were swimming by Memorial Day having started construction in only March. Mike was able to coordinate not only the pool construction, but also our fence installation. He also assisted with the construction of a river boulder retaining wall for the back side of our pool-all of which turned out terrific. When I am looking to hire a contractor, I expect someone who is reliable (shows up on time and on a consistent basis), trustworthy, does good work and stands behind their work, keeps the jobsite clean and has employees onsite who adhere to these same standards. I felt that Armond met all of these qualities and I would not hesitate having them do more work at my home or recommending them to others. While they may be slightly more expansive, having done so much construction at my house, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and that this slight increase in cost is worth every penny.”

“We contracted with Keystone Custom Decks to build a porch onto the back of our home. We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them, and will call on their services again for future needs!”

“King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”

“They designed and installed an elliptical patio with a fire pit. The took great care to protect existing landscape of myself and neighbors. No small feat with the amount of heavy rock and concrete they moved. Clean up was outstanding at the end of each work day. One neighbor has already hired them,another says he is going to, and a third is really disappointed in the results of the other company he chose.”

“I hired Stump to build a second floor deck off my kitchen. It was a tricky design because I was limited by a bay window on one side, an outlet on the other side and a patio below. Stump gave me some very good design ideas for the space and that was one of the main reasons I chose them. I am very happy with the appearance and structure of the deck. My township inspector was complimentary of their workmanship as well. They also were the least expensive of the three quotes I received. I would definitely use them again if doing another project of this nature and give them a strong positive recommendation.”

“I am a kitchen and bath contractor for thirty years now and have worked with many designers over the years. I have had plenty of bad experiences through the years. I met Ray ten plus years ago and have done numerous jobs with him. Ray always nails it. The layouts are always dead on with functionality and looks. My customers are always happy with final results. I am even given credit for what really is the designers doing. When you find a pro that knows what he's doing you stick with him. I will be with Ray as long as he's in business.”
