“Best Landscape and Construction have done 4 jobs for me. The first job was removing a long driveway and sidewalk and replaced it with permeable pavers. He had to work with the county for rebates they were offering. He made that easy. When it turned into more work than was anticipated, he did not come back wanting to raise the price. On the other jobs he was very helpful offering ideas on how to achive what I needed. They always arrived on time and did what they promised. His workers are always friendly. He has certifications that are helpful in achiving your goals. They are always my go to company for landscape or outside work.”

“The first time I worked with Century Stair Company was back in June 2010. I was working on a project with a very challenging stair layout, with multiple transitions from radius to straight. The previous company I was working with was clueless on how to build this type of stair. I contacted Century Stair and they worked with me on the design of the stair system and helped with a plan of installing the stair and balcony section so everything would come together properly. Ever since that first job and seeing first hand what Century Stair could do for me, I've been sold on their product. Their custom abilities are amazing and everyone there has been great to work with. “I had book case/cabinet designed and built by Jed Dinger Company. The cabinet was built from solid wood and plywood arch that had faux finished to make it look like rust steel. The cabinet has thick glass shelves holding by steel cables. His work is an art piece that compliments the arch roof line. Jed is a designer and also cabinet builders so he understand how wood can be made. Above all he is a perfectionist so this says it all about his project!”

“I highly recommend Vintage Wood Floors & Stairs. I hired Vintage to re-stain my banisters and replace the balusters with wrought iron. The Owner, Mr. Morello, was very responsive and explained the process to me. He provided a detailed explanation of the project, including options and gave me a formal quote within hours. Vintage arrived on time and protected my flooring and carpeting while they worked. At the end of each day, they ensured the area was vacuumed before departing. The final project turned out better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Vintage for any project.”

“Jill was very helpfull when I was shopping for my window treatments. She didn't want just to push me something. She helped me to choose the best product for my home and worked with my budget. I was actually happier with the final product than what I first expected. She followed up to see if I liked my blinds and later on helped me to chose a treatment for my sliding patio door. I'm very happy with her work!”

“We love our new kitchen. Carefree Kitchens provided the highest quality cabinets. They have a great show room which gave my husband and me a lot of ideas. They were able to match the color we provided from a paint swatch to perfection. They were also very clever in providing us some extra features inside the cabinet that gave us ample storage space.”

“We worked with Eddie on replacing our crumbling front retaining wall, walkway and steps in northwest DC. Eddie is completely trustworthy, transparent, energetic, and committed to getting the job right. He also has a great sense of design and knows how to work with the client. The work -- done by master stonemason Raul and sons -- turned out even better than we hoped, beautifully executed with bricks that make the wall look almost original to our 1930 home. Eddie was also tireless in chasing after DC authorities to get our plans approved and the job inspected. Long after the job was complete, he continued to contact city authorities to make sure the security deposit we paid to the city in order to undertake the job -- was returned to us. We recommend Eddie without reservation.”

“In 2011, I had the pleasure of working with Delmarva Blinds and Shutters. The owner, Frank Ford and his lovely wife Krissy were a pleasure to deal with. Both our companies, were brought on site to do work for a 24,000 sq. ft. mansion in Leesburg, VA. With his vast knowledge of the blinds industry, Frank was able to compliment the artwork I did throughout the home. Frank’s expertise was more than evident, from his level of precise detail to the ease of installation. When you need blinds, shutters or drapes, I would highly recommend Delmarva Blinds and Shutters. “We asked Nova Exteriors to come to our home to give us a free estimate on a new front door. They sell and install the top-notch ProVia line of doors. We were so impressed with their sales pitch and line of products, we also decided to have Nova Exteriors replace the worn out shutters on our home as well. We did not pay a penny more than the estimate that was provided, the work was completed in an exceptionally timely and professional manner, and I would not hesitate to recommend Nova Exteriors to others or to use them again for other home projects.”
