“I hired Hayward's EcoShed division to build a 10'x12' shed with a 12' peak. I had some special requirements and Steve Hubbell was able to work all my needs into the original project quote. I needed a U-shaped attic storage space, open in the middle to the wide swinging door with storage above on both sides and at the rear. I also requested a special latching mechanism for the swinging door, normally they install a T-pull handler, but since I also had a man-door, I felt there was no need for an outside latch on the large door and instead had them install two cane-style bolts, one at the top and one at the bottom. This gives added security to the building. Plus, they were able to match the siding on our house! The fact they built with blue-wood (mildew/mold resistant) and used screws instead of nails made this an excellent structure at any price.”

“We bought out home on 6.5 acres in Santa Ynez Valley because of the location and view, the existing home was another story, Mitch Williams came highly recommended in the valley and he the first contractor I met with. I have been an electrical contractor for 39 years as well involved with high end customs majority of my professional life. After our first meeting there was no hesitation in hiring MWC for our project, I had no other meetings with other contractors. From the beginning to end MWC stayed on point and met all my expectations as a GC. Mitch personally was very involved beyond the blue prints in helping us reach the finished look and feel that my wife and I were looking for all the way through from floors to hardware all the way to the finish line. All of MWC sub contractors were as well professional and knowledgeable and brought to the project the quality and workmanship I expected. “Ktichen renovation. First experience with remodeling. The Hahka team were professional and supportive. Designer Linda Billings was extremely accessible and helpful. Her suggestion to incorporate an island with the character of furniture is the statement piece that adds the "wow" factor to our kitchen. General contractor Randy Hahka very clearly has a personal interest in quality work. He strongly lobbied for the replacement of louvered pantry and laundry doors with doors that more closely matched the new cabinetry-although more costly, this was definitely the right decision from a design perspective. The construction team were skillful, friendly, honest and easy to work with. We did have a few whoopsies, but I understand this is par for the course with renovation projects and at the end, nothing was left unresolved. The team very clearly made great efforts to provide customer satisfaction. Job was not completed on time, mainly due to issues with pantry/laundry doors. Very happy with the results of our project.”
