“We hired Russ and his team to complete a major remodel of our small home in historic Old Town Park City. Our project had the typical challenges of all remodels plus the added difficulty of tight spaces and even smaller staging areas inside and out. We replaced all of the flooring in the home with new hardwood, new tile and new carpeting; completely gutted the kitchen and had custom cabinets, tilework, and all new appliances installed; designed and installed new base and case throughout the home, and painted the entire interior. Kirt and all his sub contractors were respectful and responsive to any concerns, changes or ideas that we had through out the building process. We loved how he was readily available to discuss our building schedule and answer all our questions. We moved to Utah from California and originally started building our with another large builder in the area. The other builder didn't follow the blueprints we signed and couldn't answer our questions about what our yard will be like, we got our money back and have been very happy living in our home.
