About Us
The mission of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina is to serve the association members, to enhance the environment for conducting business in the building industry and to maintain new construction as a top priority in the central South Carolina area.
The BIA of Central SC brings together people from all phases of the building industry to represent their business interests and to promote programs, policies, and education for housing consumers to obtain safe and affordable housing.
Affiliated with the HBA of South Carolina and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
