Hier Architects

Hier Architects is an architectural design firm that encourages and celebrates the dual process of designing and making. The studio has over 13 years of experience working on projects in Hong Kong, Beijing and Singapore. Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore, the firm's works include private residences, condominiums, hotels and interiors. The studio has since garnered a series of regional and international accolades for its works across various scales. Window Seat was commissioned by Fondation d'entreprise Hermès as one of twelve designs selected worldwide as part of Prix Émile Hermès 2014 and exhibited in Paris during Paris Designers' Days. Ledge House was selected as one of the top fifteen architecture projects worldwide in 2014 by Italian Magazine Domus. For the Archifest Pavilion Competition 2013 organized by the Singapore Institute of Architects, Hier was awarded second prize while being selected as finalist for the Redevelopment of Red Cross House Competition in 2016 for the corporate headquarters of Red Cross Singapore. Through House won the Retreat Space of The Year at the LDBA Design Awards 2017. The studio's work has appeared in The Straits Times, Business Times, Lian He Zao Bao and Cubes Magazine.
