I have worked with David at Kitchen&Bath Factory to design kitchens for three of my clients so far. The experiences were smooth and we were able to customize the function and look of the kitchens to create some very unique designs within my clients' budgets. David and Waldemar were fantastic to work with on our kitchen project. Even though there were a few unusual items that came up, they were able to generally stick to their schedule. Highly communicative, they went out of their way to help me find the most cost efficient, yet beautiful options available. They were helpful in telling me where I should spend money and where it wasn't as necessary. We've done major renovations before and I will admit this has been our best experience by far.

This is the second kitchen we have remodeled with Kitchen & Bath Factory (KBF.) We remodeled a previous house ten years ago, and returned to KBF again this spring. We are happy to report that our second experience was as wonderful as our first. David is so nice to work with. He is soft-spoken, patient and very responsive. The contractor that worked with KBF, Pavel Turk was excellent as well. KBF works with K&H Cabinetry in Pennsylvania to manufacture all their cabinetry, and the quality is absolutely outstanding. These cabinets are more like pieces of furniture, and we know they hold up and wear fantastically as the cabinetry in our old house looked as good when we sold it in year ten as it did the first day it was installed. In addition, for the quality you get from KBF, the prices are very reasonable. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our new, expanded, gorgeous kitchen!!! If we ever need another kitchen remodel in Northern Virginia, we would not go anywhere else.

We hired Kitchen & Bath Factory after interviewing several firms. They had the best ideas and most practical solutions to our master bath remodel. The pricing was clear and transparent from the very first meeting, and we were never hit with any surprise costs during the whole process. The contractor who did the work was fantastic, detail-oriented, and very responsive. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

Bob and his crew are extremely experienced and a pleasure to work with. My family has had 2 kitchens remodeled through the years with kitchen and bath factory. Each time they did not disappoint. From start to finish everybody was on top of things and the contractors cleaned up after themselves every time they were in our home. We had one kitchen that was very short on storage space, but David the designer made a configuration that worked perfectly to maximize all the space we had. We love our KBF kitchens, they're the highlight of our homes. Cabinets are extraordinary, we got full custom cabinets stained to the color that we wanted . Talk about personalizing? I would definitely recommend KBF to anybody that wants to remodel a kitchen or bathroom but doesn't want the headache that usually comes along with the process

First of all, you have to see these cabinets for yourself. Impeccable workmanship, and clearly well designed. We came in to KBF with drawings to get a quote, and the owner, Bob Kay, sat down and went over the plans with us. He asked some good questions about what we really needed, and made a trip out to our house to get some measurements. He basically offered up an entire new design that had to have saved us thousands of dollars. His cabinets are all make by hand, and while not a long lead time normally, we went with another vendor due to a time crunch. Still think his product line is the best we have seen, and the personal help was exceptional.

I went to this showroom because I had used them for my kitchen cabinets in our old house and I wanted to get the same cabinets. They still carried the brand and as a bonus, the design was better than I had imagined. I thought I knew what I wanted but with a few tweaks to my concept, I got the most gorgeous and functional kitchen. The designer was easy to work with, the staff was responsive to glitches and called me back promptly. When the counter tops I wanted were back ordered to the point where I might be waiting for months, they suggested a different line, and I am thrilled with the results.
