Hired on reviews and word of mouth from existing residents. Project #1 - a remodel of a historic home in Martha's Vineyard couldn't have had a better outcome. Lots of thinking into completely remodeling the floors and traffic flow of this 100+ year home. This home is currently available as a summer rental property and is popular. The success of this project has lead to project #2. Yes...another Martha's Vineyard property has been purchased and we are currently engaged with Erik Johnson & Associates to do the same thing again, this time of course, there are a world of differences comparing against project #1. We are currently working with E J & A on internal remodeling which included major work on two floors; removing and relocating walls, complete kitchen and dining room reversal, addition and relocation of bathrooms, traffic flow considerations, complete window refitment and the addition of a large deck.
