I can't say enough about how good this company is. The first concern in any renovation is budget. They came in less than 10% of the initial quote and ALL the overages were upgrades I requested!!! Sunnylea provides white glove service. The work was exquisitely done. The workmen were all professional, friendly and very skilled. My home was always left very clean. I love the end result. In short: On time, on budget, excellent workmanship, white glove service, professional, friendly They were with me every step of the way. Now that they are finished, I miss them!

Marino and his team executed a complete renovation of my condo (3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms) with stunning results. He worked willingly and professionally while dealing with numerous condo rules, regulations and personalities. He was open and upfront throughout the entire process and made me feel incredibly confident in choosing Sunnylea for my project. The entire team was amazing (special shout out to Slava) and I absolutely love that this is a family business with mom dropping in to help with final touches/wrap-up. Marino has been diligent even after the major renovation work completed, keeping me informed and following up with all tweaks and touch ups. To say that Sunnylea Homes turned the vision we had for the complete exterior renovation of our home into a gorgeous reality is truly an understatement. We could not have done this without the expert guidance of Geno and his highly skilled team. Our entire four-storey townhouse exterior was upgraded. Our project included: roof, skylight, repositioning of washroom exhaust fan, sheet metal cladding for roof parapet wall and dormer, all aluminum, additional lighting, windows, window sills, brick repair, all doors (front, fire-rated, patio and garage) and all interior window and door trims. We had worked on smaller projects with Geno in the past and knew that he would treat us warmly, respectfully and coordinate the work with the utmost care. He lowered the anxiety factor on this job to as close to nil as humanly possible. We would also like to give special thanks to Tomas for his patience, answering all our many questions with true consideration and for always going the extra mile. This is our 2nd renovation from Geno. He’s the best! The first one was a few years ago when he pretty much tore my house down & rebuilt it. It was so beautiful he won an award for it. Since then we moved into a Condo & we had no hesitation to have Geno help us again. Since we live on the lake, we wanted to turn our bedroom into a seaside resort. All the popcorn finish was taken off our ceiling (with no mess) and the entire room was repainted. The new Oak flooring was put down and it’s fabulous. It’s reminiscent of sand which worked with the beachy look I was going for. He also did some electrical & plumbing work. Geno & his crews are always on time and do amazing work at a respectable price. Thank you again Geno.
