BC Custom Construction

We had this house built while we were living in another state. Dealing with it through emails, phone and Skype was not ideal. We did visit the site a few times but only for a day or two at a time. Initially things went well but there was a lack of communication between the first person we dealt with and the foreman assigned to our project. Such as a door being put where we didn’t want it and a vent fan not being put in a room that much needed it. The attention to the finishing details was not great. We had mismatch paint through out the house which was only noticed after we moved in which took a year to rectify. There were a few other things also but you don’t need a list. We feel our house is well constructed and we really thought the office staff was always very helpful.

BC Custom Construction help built our home from the design phase through the construction phase of the house. The project was completed with professional and outstanding services. BC Custom puts great effort in the detail of every aspect of the project and always available to go beyond what is needed while keeping us inform with the progress for each milestone. The transition into our new home was smooth as BC Custom was there to walk us through our new home and always available to modify any last minute changes or touchups. We have built a custom home before in California and by far BC Custom Construction is the best builder on the market.

BC Custom Construction built our new home. It started with sitting down with an architect BC works with, Joe Krause and Tony Luquin from BC. They guided us through a truly custom design that is unique and within our budget. Joe was very concerned to capture what was important to us and Tony worked with us to make sure it would be affordable without compromising BC's award winning high standards. BC developed a budget with allowances for flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, and counter tops that were reasonable. BC has a great compliment of vendors for each area that did amazing work. Carin from Surface was unbelievable in her ability to capture what we wanted within budget. Our home was completed in 7 months from ground breaking to move in. The subcontractors were amazing! Each one worked with us to ensure the home was special and unique. Construction always has its foibles. There were certainly a few times of angst and communication was a challenge at times. We could not be happier with our home. It exceeds our expectations and was completed withing budget. I highly recommend BC.

I've worked with BC on construction of a residential house for a client of mine. Not only the president of the company, but also all staff including project managers were knowledgable, experienced, courteous, professional and easy to work with. The construction turned out to a great looking home with an amazing workmanship (especially for the budget of the project). The president of this company spends enough time with his clients making sure to understand their needs and help them to bring their dream of a home to realty. Classy homes. I've seen 2 homes they had in the 2012 and 2013 Steet of Dreams. Really class act building. From overall look to details. I was all over their 2013 entry home ("Tranquility") at all heights, angles and rooms. Nothing but beauty and craftmanship. As I witnessed while in the home, they do everything they can to meet buyer needs and they work with quality subs.

BC Custom Construction is the place to go if you want an amazing, quality, and beautifully built home. BC Custom worked with us before we even found our final property to build on. When we did BC Custom walked through all the aspects of what to expect and exactly what we needed to do. We had many concerns in areas we knew nothing about and BC truly helped us by explanation and/or by being hands on and also by being very understanding. BC treats us like family. We ended up with a beautiful new custom home that we are happy to call our own and live in forever.
