Nicholson Builders is a full service award winning Design-Build Remodeling firm located in Columbus, Ohio. We were founded in 2003. Our employees include architects, interior designers, carpenters and our own specialty installers. Nicholson Builders is capable of working on anything relating to your home or any other building. Partnering with Nicholson Builders on a recent backyard renovation was indeed a pleasure. Their commitment to innovative design, exceptional service, and quality craftsmanship showed in the finished product. They knew exactly what they wanted for the new poolside pergola which made working with them a breeze. We are honored that they chose ShadeFX for their clients’ outdoor shade solution. The final design looks amazing. We look forward to our next project with Nicholson Builders.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nicholson builders. Every aspect of our project was thoroughly planned and perfectly executed. All their workers were highly skilled and they kept our job site amazingly clean and well-organized throughout the building process. We are delighted with our new space, and we love showing it off to our friends and neighbors!

I went to Nicholson for professional advice on installing an elevator in our home. Their lead person has been a true professional. Over a period of months he entertained and responded to a number of "what if's " that took the proposed project from just a thought to a firm "doable". Bringing in talent from the firm in all areas he went the distance in helping me see what it would take and what would make sense. We are considering.

Partial kitchen remodel. New island, granite countertop, new lighting, tile backsplash, vent, hinges on cabinets. Excellent job! they were very newt and clean. Job was finished one week early. We love our new kitchen.

Nicholson builders has a small projects team. We needed a Venetian mirror hung in the living room. The two young men came and carefully measured and evaluated the situation. It was a tricky spot to hang the mirror over a fireplace and on a beautiful wood. They wanted to get it right the first time and not make more holes than needed. It was a success and looks beautiful. After seeing how professional they are, we hired the company to redo a fireplace and a kitchen backsplash. We are in the process now. They leave the work sight very tidy everyday. Their attention to details is amazing and the work quality is outstanding.

Contact was difficult to understand (hard to assess actual final cost) remodel included new custom cherry cabinets hardwood floor, granite countertops, tile backsplash, new appliances - but no major floor plan changes.

Nicholson Builders, inc provided floor partial refinishing, interior painting, replaced all ceiling fan lights, rebuilt office work table, modified bed frames.

We had our hardwood floors in the kitchen and laundry area refinished. The rest of the kitchen was demolished and completely remodeled. The master bathroom was also remodeled. We were exceedingly impressed with the entire Nicholson organization. They bought professionalism and integrity to the job and their work was excellent. Our project manager, Paul, made sure everything went smoothly and came on time. Our carpenter, Todd, was terrific. He took great pride in his work and it showed. Our designer, Annie, helped us pick out granite, tile, blinds, cabinets, hardware--you name it. We couldn't' have made i through the process without her. And our tile person, Adam, is the best in Columbus at what he does. We were also tremendously blessed by John Nicholson, a wonderful architect and person.

We had Nicholson build a room onto our home about seven years ago. My husband and I were very impressed with the high quality of the design, and the high quality of their work. All of the workers who came to our home were professional, respectful and great at keeping the mess to a minimum. The room turned out beautifully and is now our favorite room in the house. We next used Nicholson Builders to add a deck onto our home. Once again, they were on schedule, on budget and easy to work with. We are meeting with them today to finalize the plans for our kitchen renovation, which they will start in the spring. The design team has been very easy to work with and I am looking forward to this project!

Renovated a closet into a 1/2 bath and retiled entryway. The renovation require moving 2 walls and extensive replumbing. Nicholson Builders is not the least-cost option, however quality of work, professionalism of design and build staff, attention to detail and service after the job is done has been outstanding!

I have used this company to remodel our master bath. wonderful company, wonderful people. They stand by their work. I am using them again to do a kitchen remodel. They do a thorough job trying to give you an accurate estimate. They are punctual, respectful of my time and my home. I have said before they may not give you the lowest estimate, but it will be accurate and the work will be high quality.
