General Construction Services for Southeast Louisiana SES is a New Orleans owned and operated company that specializes in home remodeling, renovation, additions, and residential construction services. We are both licensed and insured. We have full coverage Workers Comp and general liability. SES is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans. SES is a complete company. They are very cordial and responsive. It all starts at the top. Shawn is amazing and his company is built on integrity and hard work. I highly recommend!!!!!

We have owned a shotgun double built in the 1890s for 19 years. SES was hired to replace siding and piers with termite damage, dry rot with cats-claw vine making it worse. The job was to recover 3 sides with Hardi boards, 2 sets of back stairs, several piers replaced, and the exterior painted. The job has taken longer than expected, but SES started on time & have been great. This is the second time we hired SES to help this old house--a few years ago they fixed a rotting wall and rebuilt one bathroom for 7000. This bigger more complicated job cost approx 40,000.

SES had excellent communications. Workers were punctual. There were no days on the project where workers did not show up as they were supposed to. Craft skill level was excellent. Owner frequented the job on a regular basis. Have had horror stories from other friends and relatives regarding home renovation projects. I managed large capital projects myself for 40 years and I can tell you these guys were good in what they do. Highly recommend and would do another project with them in a heartbeat.

This was a great team to work with; very professional & knowledgable from scheduling to estimating to installation to follow-up. We had our wooden floors refinished and they came out beautiful. We couldn't be happier. SES worked within our time constraints which made the project very easy & less stressful & very reasonably & competively priced. We highly recommend SES.

SES did a kitchen renovation for me in October of 2015. Their employees and subcontractors were all quality workers, efficient and very good in their respective trades. The job was coordinated well between the different subs and moved along in the time frame projected. His office staff were very communicative and helpful in answering questions, or getting them answered, and keeping everyone in the loop. A good experience all around. I plan to hire them again soon for another project!

We have used SES Enterprises for all construction projects large and small for our house, ever since Shawn Sanne and his crew did a stellar remodel of our kitchen and floors. They literally do everything and do it well, from a total renovation to a small chimney leak. They've remodled our kitchen, installed custom French doors, have put our floors in, have done roofing work, electrical installations, you name it! The estimate is always the price paid, never a hidden charge and deviates only due to owner requested change orders, or things like unexpected termite damage, etc. When they schedule you, they stick to the date and stick with the job through completion. They don't just disappear for days or a week like other contractors often do. Most of all, the work is expertly done, rarely requiring punch list items, and they work clean! They show up early each day and work through till the end of the day, never leaving a mess. There is a reason SES has won awards. They are as good as it gets!! And they will always be our go-to contractor.---Elton Foster

SES Enterprises did a remarkable job on my home. My entire home had to be redone along with additions added on and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. Shawn and his entire company are very professional and the work was done in a very timely manner. I hired SES for a complete exterior upgrade which included new roof, painting, screens on windows and porch, vent replacement, removal of old fence and tree, and some carpentry work. Shawn, his staff (Shannon and Penny), and crew are very professional, efficient, and quickly responsive to any concerns. The transformation of the neglected exterior of my home is miraculous and costs were reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact SES for any additional work that may be needed.

SES Enterprises performed lead-paint remediation on the outside of my home. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard in the heat, were courtesy & got the job done in the time frame provided. I would definitely use them again.

Commented: Paint color help!I think a light blue / teal such as Sherwin Williams SW6765 Spa with a Bright White trim would really brighten up the space and contrast the brick fireplace well.
