Agave Custom Homes

In 2009, Tyler O’Brien founded Agave Custom Homes. Tyler has over 18 years experience in the home building industry of which the last 10 years have been focused on Central Texas real estate. Tyler has held the Land Acquisition Manager role for a National Builder where he helped acquire land and developed lots in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. Tyler has also worked as a project manager for a local developer focusing on master planned communities in the Austin and San Antonio areas. Prior to creating Agave Custom Homes, Tyler was building luxury homes in the Lake Travis area for a National Homebuilder. Tyler’s mission when he created the company was to build quality homes of distinct character and design that reflect the unique surroundings of Central Texas. Every home Tyler builds is custom designed for the land which he builds on, so he can maximize the value and create a “one of a kind” home! Tyler has a degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University.
