As a General Contractor I have had the opportunity to work with many designers, but none have been more attentive to detail than Andrea. She has an unmistakeable sense of style which is easy to interpret into beautiful results. We are currently working with Andrea on a number of projects and hope to continue doing so!

I have worked with Andrea on a few projects. Andrea has a keen eye and an amazing style. The way she combines colors and textures in her designs always impresses me. Her attention to detail makes a huge impact on the final result. Andrea is the only designer I will ever call. Highly recommended!

Andrea helped me set the tone for the rooms we were redecorating, and gave me so many choices for fabrics and wallpapers! She did a really great job, Everyone who comes into our home comments on the changes we made from the type of trim to the unique grass cloth. We are very, very pleased! She is an ace at figuring out how to get the look you want without automatically going for the highest price fabrics, papers etc. When it's warranted, she'll tell you. But if there are other options, she is open to and knowledgeable about those as well. We continue to get compliments (sincere) when people walk in and see our home, and it's because she did such a great job of creating a really beautiful, high class yet totally warm and cozy environment.

My work with Andrea holthaus Benedic was spectacular. She is extremely creative, thorough, and thoughtful. She not only designed the re-modeling of my entire kitchen, but helped save me thousands without sacrificing style and looks.

Andrea is very creative. She has the ability to see things our skilled architect did not think of. This happened several times in our project. She designed all the lighting, picked fabulous paint colors, found a creative way to put lighting on brick pillars, designed our archway to enter our greatroom. Helped us choose decorative lighting, which I LOVE!

Andrea helped us settle into our new condo. She helped us with all aspects of making our condo feel like a home. She set the tone for the furnishings and designed the master bath. She had all the right connections with contractors and knew what buttons to push to get things done. She is an extremely talented person, knowledgeable of design and suppliers. She is capable with a hands-on attitude. One of the most vivid memories I have of her is one of seeing her standing on a narrow platform above the chasm of the stairwell, hanging and centering a rug on the wall. Enough said.

Andrea is wonderful. Her creativity and resourcefulness have transformed many rooms of my 1874 house. With an eye for detail and respect for my budget she turned my dinning room into showstopper. Andrea did a great job with the renovation of an old bath and the creation of a new bath in an addition. She is wonderful at choosing paint colors using existing artwork and furniture.

Andrea has participated in many projects for me including a three story addition. She is my design muse and brings a fresh approach to each aspect of a project. She is extremely creative and gets to know her clients and their needs and lifestyles. I have never suggested to a friend that Andrea be hired for a job. Each friend has reached that conclusion after spending time in my home. She has worked with several of my friends and no two projects are alike. She keeps reiventing herself and adding to her talents. She also brings energy and life to her projects and into her clients' lives.

OUTSTANDING WORK DONE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AT TWO PROPERTIES. HER TASTE AND INSTINCTS ARE SUPERB. SO MUCH CHEAPER TO USE ANDREA AND GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME THAN TYING YOURSELF AND DOING OVER AND OF COURSE THE PRODUCT IS MUCH BETTER. THE BONUS IS SHE IS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH, SORRY TO HAVE MY PROJECTS END

We remodeled our kitchen and downstairs bathroom using Holthouse...their design and ideas and attention to the smallest detail provided us with a remodeling that far exceeded our original thoughts.. We felt that the price we paid was very reasonable considering what the final product turned out to be.....

Andrea helped me with the staging of my house for its sale. Since I had to move out of state before being able to actually put it on the market, I had to entrust most decisions to her expertise and judgment. She did a fantastic job, so much so, that I also asked her to take the pictures for the sale brochure, and she delivered again. I sold within a month. I found her easy to work with, that she understood exactly what I wanted, and that she stayed within my budget to accomplish it. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Andrea.
