Sara was great!! She did exactly what I asked her to do for us. I needed someone to pull our choices together and give us advice on our project, and that's what she did! She made time to look at the kitchen/family room before demo and met with our cabinet and tile contractor to get us on the right path. I was so happy to find her that I recommended her to my friend who is starting a huge remodel.

We met Sara at her Consignment Store in Torrance. We found out that she was also a designer so we asked to come to our home and give us some thoughts for updating. Sara was able to give us some good leideas and was also able to supply many items from her store. After helping us pick out fabrics for our furniture and advising us not to reupholster our couch just have it restuffed everything looks great. We are very pleased and recommend Sara Balough.

We recently completed a project with Sara Balough that included a remodel of our master bedroom bathroom suite, and redecoration of a bedroom wing. We were very happy with the whole experience, and extremely pleased with the final results. Sara has a terrific sense of style and color, and to me the final results are magazine photo spread beautiful. The rooms are not only beautiful, but also functional, comfortable and livable. Sara impressed me with the breath of her abilities to provide the many different aspects a project like this requires. She made detailed drawings the contractor was able to use to move walls, etc., to completely remodel our master bedroom bath area. Other of her drawings were used to construct custom bathroom cabinets, a vanity, and a walk -in closet. She has a wealth of resources she works with, from the high end designers at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood to some resale shops where she was able to find an antique piece that fit perfectly in our room. She recommended a custom furniture maker and a furniture repairman, and again the results were beautiful. There was a lot of planning and work involved in this project, so it also impressed me how comfortable and easy Sara was to work with. She is the best.

Sara is a wonderful designer with creative skills and exceptional vision, a hard working professional with keen attention for detail. I am consistently impressed with her thoroughness and spotless results. Her absolute priority is her clients; she is always willing to take the extra mile to make them happy and get the job done.

Sara Balough has come up with very creative ideas for my beach house. I love everything she has suggested and she's prompt and on the spot. There is no waiting for her to get back to you. Sara Balough Design has successfully curated and hosted several fabulous, high-end, art events in the South Bay. They are well attended and showcase many established artists as well as featuring those who are up and coming. The selection of art is varied as she has many plein air artists, portrait artists, Russian artists, still life artists and more. Her events are well attended and typically benefit a charity that is close to her heart. She has a wonderful way of bringing people together and her exuberant spirit fuels the events and she puts them on seamlessly. Her prowess and great eye for art is a real asset in designing any home or office and she is interesting and always fun to be around. This is important because I like to work with someone who is passionate about their field and I can say that Sara Balough certainly is passion personified.
