As first time home builders we were excited but nervous about the process. Craig Homes allowed us to actually enjoy the task of building our dream home! They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful the entire way through. We’ve been in our house one full year now and our only regret is not doing it sooner. Highly recommend this builder and staff!

Craig was always available for any issue, he was also on our job daily. I cannot say enough kind words about his subs, workers and regulars. They were all very kind and had wonderful attention to detail. I have recommended him to 4 people already! I never knew you could finish a job with a builder and have nothing but positive things to say! His wife Hanna is also available if you have questions with picking out finishes. Craig worked with our designer Courtney Malouf seamlessly.

As a custom home designer in the area for over 30 years, I can say that Craig is always a pleasure to work with. He is very conscientious about making sure the architectural detailing specified is correctly interpreted during construction. He keeps a good rapport with his clients throughout the home-building process and meets their expectations for a quality custom home.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job on our renovation. It turned out to be a bigger project than we expected and he was able to take charge and getting everything done to perfection. I would highly recommend Craig for any renovation or construction project.

Very good experience! How many folks can say that when they design and build a house? We lived in Virginia and decided to move to Fairhope, Alabama, near our grandkids. Our son in law knew Craig and we contacted him about a year ago. He met with us on the property we had bought in a neighborhood called Point Clear Stables. Having looked around the area, found a house similar to what we wanted, we worked with a designer. After approval of the design, construction started on the house in early 2017. Craig said to give him 7 months to build it, and we said fine, as we were living in Virginia and needed to sell our home there. Fortunately, the next door neighbor in Point Clear Stables mentioned that he employed Craig's wife, Hanna, to help with his interior design. We contacted Hanna and contracted her to help us coordinate meetings with vendors. What a blessing! She set up meetings for us, helped us select and match all items, and aided in the interior design. We probably visited the house five times during the building phase. Craig kept us informed, called when necessary for a decision, and Hanna sent pictures. We moved in September, 2017 and are very pleased with the house. Craig showed attention to detail, made several improvement suggestions during construction, and built a fine house. If you were grading the experience of building a house, we would give Craig a solid A. He answered our phone calls and texts, responded to our needs, and fixed things that needed to be corrected in a good and timely manner. Importantly, the house came in on budget and no surprises.

Craig Miller is a impeccable builder, His attention to detail far surpasses anyone I have previously worked with. He is consistently prompt, open to changes and refreshingly creative. His team is superb. Their level of attention to detail was astonishing. He is intuitive to your desires. Working with him was pure delight.

We loved working with Craig and his team. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Hanna was a huge help also. She has a great eye for details and is a true asset.

If you are looking for a custom builder that does not try to "wall you in to using only certain finishes and certain vendors" than this is the builder for you. He is very flexible and a "straight shooter, " who at the end of the day wants to build what you invision with the best quality!

Craig Miller built our house 10 years ago. We LOVE our house. We are still able to call Craig Miller with any maintenance that is needed in an aging home. The quality and craftsmanship of Craig Homes is exceptional and the fact that Craig Miller is still building homes and maintaining them after all these years speaks volumes. I highly recommend Craig Miller to anyone that is ready to build a beautiful custom home and have a great relationship with your builder even after the job is completed.
