Bellari Design div. of Somerville Aluminum

We had seen the Somerville Aluminum sign in front of a few homes around us and decided to contact them about a bathroom project we wanted to do. We figured that if everyone else in our neighborhood was using them, they must be good. It was quite a project - gut the existing full bath and add an en suite in our master, move a closet, put up a new ceiling, and so much more. The bathrooms look fantastic and we get exactly the reaction we wanted from our friends when they first see them. Our designer, Dolores, was terrific and understood us, and what we wanted, very quickly. It's true, you definitely get what you pay for and we were willing to pay a bit more so we could get the best.

She could anticipate what we wanted and was able to guide us to a design that exceeded our expectations. The rest of the Somerville team was A+ in timing, schedules, professionalism and quality. We are extremely pleased with Somerville Aluminum and our kitchen remodel. Prior to our signing the contract with them, I had solicited feedback from friends and colleagues for their feedback on this company and everyone used the word "seamless" for their kitchen remodel with Somerville Aluminum. I was willing to pay a little more for that and decided to use them. Though i had some challenges with the original designer who wound up leaving the company, once Dolores Sonia started working with me, everything started going very smoothly and quickly. She is clearly very experienced and very knowledgeable in the design field and was able to help me with my design choices (without pushing her own style but helping me find mine...) There are so many choices to make in a remodel and Dolores really helped me to pull it all together. Once the design was completed, my kitchen was measured again, and within a couple weeks, a project manager contacted me with a detailed calendar of all the contractors that will be at my house, on which day and the overall project plan. My project included all new flooring for the kitchen, powderroom, mudroom and pantry ,new cabinets, backsplash, countertop, and additional lighting. Targeted schedule was 4 weeks, but they were able to complete the entire job in 3.5 weeks! A project manager arrived every morning to start the day off and during the day, if anything ever came up or if there was a question, i had full access to him. I had a couple small issues during the job which he quickly responded to and resolved. He is EXCELLENT. Every contractor that came to work at my house was professional, efficient, and focused. They took care of even the little things - I can't be any happier with the process. "Seamless" is really a good word for it since Kitchen remodeling is very disruptive but Somerville Aluminum made it manageable. I wish I could go on and on about this, but suffice it to say, I would definitely recommend Somerville Aluminum and Dolores Sonia (the designer) for your kitchen remodel.

Dolores is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent insight and perspective. combined with her positive energy she is an indespencible asset to the design aspect if any home design project.

Somerville Aluminum worked with us in the design and renovation of our kitchen /dining area. I found then to be very respectful of our needs and budget . We worked with Mr. Walter French ,designer. The product was delivered on time and provided a neat and professional installer. I have recommended this company in the past and will continue to recommend this company. Contractors are very difficult to find and more difficult to work with. I never heard the words " WE NEEED TO WRITE A CHANGE ORDER WITH DELAYS AND ADDED COSTS.

I used somerville to repair my roof after huricane sandy. They had to come back 3 times as they didn't notice a section on the second story, which caused water damage on my master bedroom ceiling. Also the repairs cost me more than their original quote due to that missed section and the shingles don't blend in with the color of my original roof. Very disappointed.

Great salesperson and design service! Their new showroom in Branchburg is simply amazing. We decided to wait and do a more extensive remodel at a latter time-we will certainly call upon them when we do!
