Time will ALWAYS Tell: 9 years after completion of my home I still can recommend SLC Homebuilding. These folks talk straight and follow through. Even many years after closing they continued to make it easy to honor various warranty or workmanship repairs, provided construction details to home improvement vendors and came on-site to meet with my wife and me when we had concerns or questions about the home. Hey. How often can one say that running run into their builder around town is a welcome experience--- That they are glad to see them? We can.

Commented: What is the paint color on cabinets and walls?Thanks for reaching out. The cabinets are a color called Pewter from Tru Cabinetry. The wall color is PPG Silver Feather 1002-1. Hope this helps!!

Commented: beautiful flooring!The flooring in the picture is a 2-1/4" sand and finished #1 common white oak with no stain and only poly. Hope this helps! It was purchased locally through a company called R&S Flooring.
