I live in Palm Desert and could find nobody interested in redesigning my very small backyard, even though I was willing to put lots of money into the project. Koheid rose to the challenge. Travis and Adam were professional, prompt, available by text, phone, and email, in addition to in-person meetings. They wove the existing wall and boulders into a new, mid century modern design. My backyard is now small, but mighty. It is serene and filled with drought tolerant desert plants and an extraordinary tree. A fountain adds sound and texture and gives our 60some hummingbirds an evening a place to bathe. The drip irrigation makes each plant happy and the lighting lends drama. I will call them again as my front yard ages and needs perking up. Great job, Guys, thank you.

If I could give Travis 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would. Travis designed our entire backyard in Newport Beach, California. His love and passion for the subject matter came through in our first initial meeting with him. He came up with a digital drawing which acted as a guide and plan for what we were trying to accomplish and we iterated with him on the drawing multiple times before moving towards the execution phase. We had a few key stakeholders involved in the project and Travis was excellent about incorporating everyone's feedback, balancing aesthetic vs cost, viewing various concrete samples, and making sure the final product looked both beautiful & functional. He was great about communicating timelines and dealt with everything in a timely and prompt manner. I completely trust him and he made the entire process fun. And as a bonus, he educated me along the way about different types of plants, surfaces, textures, outdoor mood lighting, and ongoing maintenance.

Travis from Koheid is bright and well educated in his field. He was super kind and easy to work with, which made working with Koheid even more of a no brainer. He listened to our needs both financially and physically for our space, and came up with the perfect design for us! 10 out of 10 would work with Koheid again.

Koheid Design brings a level of creativity, insight, and attention to detail that cannot be beat. They have assisted on a variety of projects with our design firm, Denise Morrison Interiors, and we have always enjoyed collaborating to create the best homes for our clients inside and out. We are continually impressed by the sophistication of their technology and how they are able to convey their design intent to the client. They also offer a fresh perspective with regards to plant selection, pottery, water features, etc. The value they bring to the creation of a complete home is incredible!

Koheid Design did a fabulous job of re-designing our side yard and our entire front yard landscaping. Travis Gramberg is extremely professional, wonderfully creative and a pleasure to work with. Travis' overall design compliments and enhances the architecture and layout of our home. He also recommended drought tolerant and native California plantings that are beautiful in our yard. Travis also recommended a highly qualified company that did an excellent job on the demolition and landscaping installation. This company worked closely with Koheid Design's overall plan to complete the job. The communication and coordination between these two companies was superb. Both companies continue to follow up with us to be certain we are completely satisfied with the work that was done and to check on the progress of our plantings. We couldn't be happier with the results of the entire project. We receive many compliments from our neighbors and passers by on the beautiful landscaping which has enhanced our entire neighborhood.

Travis designed our house and could not be more thrilled. He incorporated California natives into the design and the wildlife has been thriving. We have butterflies and hummingbirds constantly. Highly recommend. Thank you Travis

We had Koheid design our entire front yard and driveway. Travis was extremely easy to work with, very responsive to my concerns and questions, and worked with professionals in softscape and hardscape. He met with the Homeowners Association and was able to get approval for the project the first time. I have received multiple compliments about the exterior of my house, thanks to Travis. The cost was reasonable, and it was a smooth process.

Travis and company were super easy and fun to partner with, and it is clear that he is knowledgable and passionate about his work. We pursued a landscape of plants native to our nearby wetlands, and he didn't balk at the challenge. He also lined us up with a great landscaper to source and install the plants. I highly recommend Koheid Design.

Our yard turned out great. Travis was easy to work with. We gave him our thoughts on the project, worked through some possible designs and then finalized the project. The workers he referred us to for the actual work were great as well.
