We did an extensive renovation to our home in Point Grey, Vancouver. Every surface was updated and there were many upgrades throughout the entire house. Stephanie Brown and her team did a superlative job and we could not be any happier with the final outcome. The process was smooth, the communication was excellent and the service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Even though aspects of the project were challenging (we did this huge project in the middle of the Covid pandemic with its associated supply chain problems), the project was completed on time and on budget. Our home is far more comfortable and far more functional now, and the design is far more sophisticated than it was, while still feeling totally us. I recommend Stephanie Brown without reservation!

Stephanie Brown and her team competed a renovation for me and a business partner in East Van. We were very specific with our budget and timeline and Stephanie adhered perfectly to both. I found her to be lovely to work with, and her contractor was really great as well. The choices she made met my criteria perfectly, they were responsive, and progress happened quickly and constantly. In fact, of the 10 renovations I have completed to date, this was the one I was most pleased with all around. I would absolutely recommend her. She has a ton of experience, and it shows.

I am an individual who decided to build her own house. I needed help every step of the way - from the initial design of each room of the house right through to the throw pillows needed for my couches. Stephanie's expertise was valuable throughout the project (which all in took about 18 months to complete). She not only helped create my vision for my home but she provided a helpful pulse check for me when I wasn't sure if my trades were doing things properly or something on site needed to be corrected. She certainly became a trusted advisor on the whole project. I also found her resourceful and able to adapt quickly to my needs (I am not a low maintenance person). Stephanie always handled my curveballs (me changing my mind all the time) without breaking a sweat). For me, she is the type of professional you want designing your home - meticulous and willing to spend the time and effort to makes sure that your space is exactly the way you want it. I have always been so impressed by Stephanie's talent in designing homes either with a clean aesthetic feel that is sleek and modern or designing ones that lean more towards the traditional with a nod to the past. So I knew when we decided to build our home on Vancouver Island, it needed to be Stephanie Brown. I find that Stephanie really listened to our needs when we decided to build a modern beach house with a cozy feel and also kept all selections within our budget guidelines. I knew what I wanted the house to look like and she helped me realize that vision, even though we are in Victoria and she in Vancouver! Stephanie always hit my deadlines when I needed elevations or lighting plans and was always quick to answer a panic phone call when I needed design decisions made on site or if a trade needed an answer right away. She is a vary talented designer!

Stephanie has been working on our project for a lengthy period of time. She has been able to solve difficult problems in creative ways, show her many talents, and handle difficult clients that changed their minds- all with grace and charm! We would recommend her to builders, homeowners, and project managers- she has a wealth of knowledge in her field and is able to provide names of skilled trades people- all of whom have been wonderful!

Working with Stephanie was a pleasure. She was very professional, really understood the look that we were working toward, and helped achieve it in innovative and highly creative ways. She was on time, respectful of our budget and brought a great sense of enjoyment into working on our renovation.
