The team at K&W Audio are exceptional. We purchased speakers and around system for our new house and they provided great advice, didn't try to upset us to something we didn't actually need, and most importantly explained things in a way we could understand and didn't make us feel dumb for not understanding how it all works. We will be back!

I've been adding new pieces every couple months, Anthem MRX1140, a Paradigm X15 subwoofer, and last week a second X15. Wow, these subwoofers are spectacular. Initially when I added the second sub I had to reconfigure positioning and settings and Darren was very helpful in getting my multi-sub system perfectly dialed in. Thanks again for all your guidance, Darren.

The staff were extremely helpful in addressing my preferences and budget for a new sound system. As an extra bonus, one of their team set up the equipment for me.I particu;ar;y appreciated the care taken in personalsizing the speaker placement for maximum listening pleasure. K & W was also very responsive when I had some questions a few weeks after the purchase. Now have hours of pleasure from a high-quality system.

Relationship with K&W almost 8 years now. Very professional, with lots of competency and knowledge, yet remaining approachable and personal at the same time. Always had the best fit-for-purpose solutions offered for a number of different projects/transactions, cognisant of price point too. Prompt responses every time when technical issues developed in remote and complex installations, and never gave up until resolved. No hesitation to recommend K&W Audio!

We have a house that is approximately 100 years old so we needed someone who would respect the old lath and plaster walls and that there is no where to hide the equipment.. K&W came in and did an amazing job, we have speakers throughout the whole house, upstairs, downstairs, all the equipment blends into the surroundings. They were amazing to work with through the whole process from design to completion and support has been amazing, all of our stupid questions answered and respected.

Having prompt, knowledgeable and professional back up service after the main install has been completed is paramount. K&W fulfil all those prerequisites and with friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent company to deal with - I would have no hesitation to recommend

The staff at K&W have been excellent and have went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whenever we have an issue with our system or are looking to make changes they are responsive and provide practical solutions. Our former supplier left a mess and the K&W team came in and cleaned it up were excellent. If we have a problem after store hours I have sent an email not expecting a response and received one within hours. I would highly recommend K&W.

Chris, my installer from K&W Audio was extremely helpful when I approached him to update home theatre (new pr-pro, sub-woofer, control system). He provided various options, ended up going with an Emotiva XMC-1 pre-pro, Dynamo 1000W sub and a Control4 controller & remote. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me through the selection process and offered many cost savings suggestions. The installation by Chris was very professional and I'm extremely pleased with my updated system, Chris my installer and K&W Audio!!
