We have hired DBR builders twice for major construction work on our home. They are exceptional craftsmen. They worked closely with us to meet our needs. They were respectful to us and our property. We were very happy with the results both from a design and execution standpoint.

I am a building materials supplier by profession. Brooke is a client of mine, and I find his professionalism and preparedness for a job unrivaled in the industry. I have also hired Brooke and his men to do several difficult remodeling projects on my own home. These projects have been finished on time, on budget, and the quality has met or exceeded my expectations. My standards are high; I spend my workday consulting with builders on their sites, and I see a lot of examples of good and bad in the field. Brooke's attention to detail prior to a single hammer being lifted is what sets him apart. The scope of work is so well detailed that the job progresses efficiently with very little adjustment in the field. Working out details in the field is what costs time and money, and it is the enemy of a budget dependent on unverified field conditions.

David Brooke Rush Builders team has constructed various projects for my own home as well as providing construction services for multiple clients over the past 12 years through our Architectural and Interior Design office (Phase 2 Architecture & Interiors, Jenkintown, PA). They provide accurate projections of both construction costs and timelines, work hard to ensure clients understand the choices and cost impact of options, and coordinate their work and construction schedule in an efficient manner. Becasue of this, they make the process of living with construction more enjoyable! They perform each project with a high level of integrity and enthusiasm that is unusual in the field of construction. I highly recommend DBR Builders for projects from small renovations to larger new construction work. They have routinely exceeded expectations as well as contributing valuable input on any project.
