We used Mindy Day when we bought our 1920's tudor and went through a major remodel. I always looked forward to meetings with Mindy! Not only is she savvy as can be with her craft, but her caring and humorous spirit makes you want to be in her space. Her taste is impeccable and ranging. A great strength is her confident, calming influence throughout the whole design process. She is great at guiding you in the right direction and she has a creative ability to walk into a space and know what it needs from floor to ceiling, all while maintaining the integrity of the space and house style. The spaces she helped with in our home are my favorites. They are fresh, interesting and colorful without being fussy or overbearing. She encouraged us to step outside our comfort zone, and it became easy to oblige since we fully trusted her guidance and opinion, and her vision was always on spot. She added so many aesthetic and textural elements that we would not have contemplated. She was awesome at keeping us checked in with our budget and was able to offer so many options at all price ranges. We were sad when our project with Mindy ended, as she is such a pleasure to be around. We would use Mindy again and recommend her services and advice in a heartbeat.

Mindy Day is beyond amazing. Honestly. She is such a true talent and has so much creativity -- and kindness -- anyone who gets to work with her will have, as an end result, a living space they love and will want to live in and with for years to come. Mindy's special talents lie not only in the way she can envision a space and transform it -- but she has the ability to listen and hear what it is we wanted, how we live, and how our family actually is -- and translate that into a space that is a million times better than what we would have imagined but somehow exactly what we wanted. She pays attention to costs and to small details and is absolutely fair. She is also a true original. Your space will be exactly that - YOUR space. Your home will not look like a version of someone else's home. It will look and feel like your own. I've been lucky enough to see her other projects and they're ALL beautiful and fresh and... different. She has this magic about her where she can add up all of the components: the space she's working in, the budget (ours was not open-ended, to say the least!), the personalities, the pieces that are already in place -- and turn the project into this new, fresh, perfect spot. We have loved every project she's taken on for us. And I seriously cannot imagine a better person. If a home is "touched" by a designer's personality and creativity, I think it breathes that out for years to come... We are so lucky to have met and worked with Mindy Day. She is talented beyond measure, creative, happy, fun --- and very professional. IF she says she is going to get it done, she will. There was not one thing about her that I wished were different. She's as close to PERFECT as you can find.
