SAB homes does a spectacular job of building their homes. I am a 3D photographer and go into many many homes, but when I do their virtual tours I am always so pleased with how detailed their work is. Their floorplans are unique,their quality is well above the standard. SAB designs a house that is up to date yet current for any time. When I build my next home, I will choose SAB for sure!

We bought a new home nearly 3 months ago and it's been a wonderful experience. The quality of the craftsmanship is second to none. The service and support we've continued to receive from SAB is also top notch. Each person we've encountered is sincere, genuine, and committed to ensuring the entire process is smooth. There is attention to detail in both the construction and service. We're thrilled with our new home and cannot speak highly enough about SAB. It's continued to be a great experience.

We had been looking in Prairie Highlands for quite a while. All of the houses we were looking at had cats. 90% of my family is very allergic to cats! In order to move to this location, we had to build or buy a closely finished home. We stumbled on a spec home that SAB scoped out for Parade of Homes. We made an offer. Most of the home was in the final stages so we were not able to pick anything out. Luckily Katie picked it for us. She picked basically everything we would have picked unknowingly! Tom and Adrienne were fantastic during the walkthroughs. Tom did not judge us or give us dirty looks when we asked for touch-ups, and Adrienne had a great presentation for us! Scott showed up at the title company in person to congratulate us. You don't see that every day. I can go on all day about the service and communication. I really love this builder and all staff members. They will be around for a while!

SAB built us a beautiful home and were available whenever we had questions or concerns. The design team was excellent, and Jim, our building supervisor, was fantastic! I can recommend SAB without reservation due to our great experience with them.

The relator Gary Smith was great. The quality of the home and materials used were top of the line. I never felt like any person work on the building project took short cuts. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed and I did not have many concerns. Due to some changes I made we missed our original complete date, but they stepped it up in the end to make the new deadline.

During the summer of 2014 my wife and I purchased an SAB spec home that had just been completed in Overland Park, KS. In the prior two years we had just built a home in another metropolitan area in Iowa with a very high quality builder, and thought when we were moving back to the KC area that we would build again. We were fortunate enough to find the recently completed SAB home that had everything we wanted and in the area we wanted to live. First I will say that the SAB home we purchased is built with the utmost of care, and the best of quality. Everything about the home is quality, from the construction, finishes and clear to their attention to detail. We love the home. After we purchased the home and went through the inspection process, prior to closing, that is when I truly realized what a special organization SAB homes is. There were usual final fix ups, but also a situation that after we had purchased, a real estate agent (it is assumed ) inadvertently damaged the kitchen and great room floors with her shoes. SAB came in and fixed all the damaged areas, replacing probably a third to a fourth of the total area. No questions asked, their workers were courteous, helpful and professional, and the floor now looks fantastic. Also, after we made the offer and before the close there was something not in the home that I thought would naturally be included, but had not been. I found out that it is customary in the KC area for builders to not included it, and since it was a spec home there had not been an understanding that it would be. SAB, though, right away came back and agreed to include. They really didn't have to, but they did and this was so appreciated. Other small follow ups that have occurred after we moved in, they get right on and get them fixed to our satisfaction, and they fix them quickly. My wife and I could not be happier. SAB builds quality, beautiful, well constructed homes. More importantly, they have great individuals working for them. They are a quality organization building well constructed beautiful homes that I would encourage anyone to build with.
