Built-In Project

Beth and her team were great to work with. She was very responsive and receptive to my questions throughout the process. We were looking to create “closet” space given some limitations in that area in our home, and she helped design a beautiful built-in, keeping with the style of the home. She was also excellent at managing the project during the installation and her installer was friendly, on time, and helpful as well.

Beth designed my master bedroom closet. I could not love it more! Beth was so kind and easy to work with. She was able to come up with a design that was not only beautiful but also functional and organized all of our clothes and things perfectly. She listened to all of our needs and was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do a custom closet!

Beth is FANTASTIC! I agonized over what to do with our closet for almost 2 years. We had talked to other "professionals" but afterward I always just had this uneasy/unsure feeling. Once we had our meeting with Beth I knew we had a solution. I had a general idea of what needed to happen in that space but she came up with some brilliant solutions that I wouldn't have thought of. The whole process was easy and efficient, and now we have an amazing closet that's done and done right! I highly recommend Beth and her team 100%!

Beth is such a pleasure to work with. She has great vision for a project and asks questions about personal style AND lifestyle to design rooms that work for families. She does a great job explaining the steps and addressing questions along the way. This is our second time working with Beth. First time was for a master closet overhaul and second time was for a new office study - you may not readily think of Closet Factory for an office, but we were so impressed with the quality, meeting the timelines, and work process that we knew this would be another great project. Beth and her team are reliable, which is not easy to find in home renovation. We can't say enough good things and would highly recommend to anyone!

Beth took my old bathroom which had a very large whirlpool tub occupying two thirds of the room, and remodelled it into a modern, bright, well lit room with a walk in closet, new shower, shoe rack and enough drawer space to hold all my clothes. She is friendly but professional and willing to listen to any thoughts I had. My emails or phone messages were always anwered promptly. She's a delight to work with.

Closet Factory was an excellent choice to do my custom master closet. Beth Patrick is an exceptional designer. Super easy to work with. She was very professional and knowledgable. She worked with my needs, even though she could not see all my stuff because it was not here in Ohio!! She had to get creative around some weird electrical panels and the solution looks terrific. Everyone was done on time as promised. The work quality is gorgeous and they left everything spotless. The price was also right. i had obtained quotes from multiple sources. I know I got the best value with Closet Factory. Now I'm looking at all my other closets and thinking, you are next ...

Commented: Measurement questionBench seats are 18” tall. Hook heights can range from 42”-48” from the bench seat depending on the coats being hung. I hope that helps!
