It is ironic that the biggest project of our lives (building our retirement home) was also the most pleasurable. You can tell that TAB has been building homes for a while because the process was flawless. They bent over backwards to accommodate unusual aspects of our situation and worked closely with us during every aspect. Every suggestion that they had turned out to be the best way to go. It is impossible to recount the hundreds of interactions that we had -- suffice it to say that each was productive, professional, and pleasant. We are 1 week from moving into our new house, which is nothing short of a work of art. I could go on, but will just say that going with TAB was definitely the way to go.

Andy Bayliss and his team at Tab Builders is simply the best contractor I have ever worked with...and as someone who has moved every 2-3 years, I have engaged a lot of them. Tab designed a large addition for our home that looks superb, and the project was completed on budget and EARLY. Since then, he has renovated a master bathroom and replaced the entire HVAC system on our 6000 sq ft home. His subcontractors are the best in the area, and they work M-F, 0800-1700...and weekends if needed to meet the schedule. If it necessary to juggle work areas and timelines to have multiple subcontractors on site at the same time, Tab can handle it. Disruption to daily life during these projects is minimized. Andy is frequently on site and monitors quality control, and he is always available to address any issues that may arise. His ''design eye'' is better than the architect who designed our addition. We will not consider using anyone other than Tab Builders for any household issue.

TAB is a very high quality builder of custom homes. They are the best. We had a wonderful experience with them when they built our house and continue to have them do all the ongoing maintenance on it because they are so conscientious, honest and provide such high-quality, reliable service.

We purchased our new home from TAB and have continued to work with them on updates, refinements and annual maintenance. We used Tab to build a detached garage and are using them to construct an outdoor living space to include a pool, cabana, and other amenities. Our experience with TAB was outstanding. We worked with TAB closely from initial site selection and purchase negotiation, through design and engineering, and construction. Andy and his staff brought a lot of knowledge and experience to our project. Through out the project, Andy frequently suggested changes in materials and techniques for our consideration with the goal of improving the quality of the construction while managing costs within our contract and budget. Pleasing their clients was clearly evident in all of our dealings with TAB. Construction management was excellent with great attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy to the plans. The house was completed well within the schedule agreed to under the terms of the contract. TAB utilized a great set of subcontractors and suppliers who clearly displayed a lot of respect for Andy and his staff and the importance of producing or delivering a quality product. Post construction support has also been outstanding with all issues addressed promptly and thoroughly. We would offer our highest recommendations to anyone considering TAB for their home building project.

TAB Premium Built Homes completed an addition to our home in 2012 and was the original builder six years earlier. The best way to describe our experience with TAB is "fun." From start to finish it is a great experience working with TAB, and it is a little sad when they complete their work since you won't be seeing these professionals as often. The quality of their work is in every way outstanding. In previous homes we would discover problems with the construction over time. With the home and the addition that TAB built for us we have discovered nothing but superb craftsmanship as time has gone by, and we have looked closer at the details of the construction.
